Juan Carlos Martinez
Founder & Head Coach
With over 30 years of soccer experience, Juan Carlos founded MSC Soccer Coaching with one mission: to bring elite-level player development to every young athlete in the Midwest regardless of background. A lifelong student of the game, Juan Carlos is actively immersed in soccer at every level — from grassroots training to professional club environments. He is a community builder, a Midwest soccer development advocate, and the driving force behind everything MSC stands for.
Isaac Pereyra
Forward/Attacking Specialist
A former Milwaukee Wave and Milwaukee Torrent player who has competed at multiple levels of professional soccer, Isaac has lived the game from the inside out. As MSC's Forward Training Specialist, he develops attacking players with an elite professional standard — finishing, movement, decision-making in the final third, and the mindset it takes to perform when it matters most.
Diego Torres
Defending Specialist
Diego Torres is one of the most complete defenders in the region. Fast, strong, and technically elite, Diego brings a professional-level understanding of defending to every MSC session. His ability to read the game, win individual duels, and organize a defensive unit is exceptional. As MSC's Defending Specialist, Diego develops players who are disciplined, confident, and difficult to beat — at any level.
Joel Torres
Midfield Specialist
Joel Torres competed at the ECNL level with SC Wave — one of the most competitive youth soccer environments in the country — and brings that high-level experience directly to MSC players. As our Midfield Specialist, Joel develops complete midfielders who can receive under pressure, dictate tempo, connect the attack, and defend from the front. His passion for the game and dedication to player growth make him an exceptional coach and mentor.

Group Training
Small group sessions of 4–15 players designed around specific development goals. Team building, tactical awareness, and a professional training environment feel — without the club price tag.
Clinics
Focused skill-building sessions targeting specific areas of the game — technical, tactical, positional, or mental. Designed to deliver concentrated improvement in a short-format setting.
Camps

Designed for hardworking, motivated players who haven't had access to advanced training opportunities, regardless of financial background.
Selection Process
Includes a thoughtful vetting process and personal interview to ensure program fit and commitment to growth.
At MSC we believe every motivated player deserves access to elite development regardless of financial background. Our scholarship program provides full Tier 4 training at no cost to selected athletes — including all technical, mindset, nutrition, and mentorship components. Scholarship recipients are selected through a thoughtful vetting process and personal interview to ensure program fit and commitment to growth. If you know a player who has the drive but not the resources — nominate them. We want to hear from you.

Juan Carlos Martinez founded MSC Soccer Coaching with a clear and inspiring mission: to empower the next generation of players by giving them access to the kind of high-level training he once dreamed of as a young athlete. A lifelong soccer player and dedicated coach, Juan is passionate about making elite development opportunities available to all—regardless of financial background.
Drawing from years of experience in high school, college, and club coaching, he’s created a program designed to uplift every player, with a special focus on those who bring passion, drive, and potential to the field.
